Payment Terms
We have customers who have been with us for decades! They all started out Cash On Deliver (COD). During this period, please be prepared to pay the driver upon delivery, or you may call our office to pay by debit or credit card.
We accept all major credit cards. Our credit policy after the “getting to know you” period of 6 months is that you may request to open a credit account with us.
Are You Tax Exempt?
By New Mexico State law, we must charge tax until you execute a Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate (NTTC).
- You will need the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Santa Fe's CRS number: 01-072910-00-0.
- To execute a 02-resale NTTC, go to the State of New Mexico Tax and Regulation website, or you can send the form to us.
- If you complete a paper NTTC you will still have to send the buyer portion to the State of New Mexico Tax and Regulation Department so they can record it.
